On Call star Troian Bellisario, who, as noted, stars as officer Traci Harmon, has been married to her actor husband for nearly a decade. Bellisario and Patrick J. Adams, who you might know from the NBC drama Suits, first met in 2009.
“We did a play together in Los Angeles called Equivocation,” Adams explained. “She was cast for the part of my romantic interest. We met and that was it.”
In 2010, Bellisario joined the cast of Pretty Little Liars as Spencer Hastings. During Season 1, Bellisario and Adams briefly broke up, but Adams hatched a plan to bring them back together.

“We had broken up at that point, and I decided to audition for the guest role, which I normally wouldn’t have,” he explained. “And I got it.”
The couple quickly got back together and soon Adams booked his role on Suits. Bellisario and Adams entered into a long-distance relationship, visiting each other whenever possible. In February 2014, they got engaged.
Two years later, the duo tied the knot in a Southern California wedding that took place in glamorous tents, inspired by one of their earlier dates. A couple of years later, they attended the royal wedding for Prince Harry and Meghan Markle, who was Adams’s co-star on Suits for seven years.
Later that year, Bellisario and Adams welcomed their first child, daughter Aurora, on October 4, 2018. On May 15, 2021, the couple welcomed a second daughter, named Elliot.

Brandon Larracuente, who portrays rookie Alex Diaz, has known his wife Jazmin Garcia for years. The couple first met when they were 17 while at a Halloween party, although they weren’t an item right away. Larracuente and Garcia — who dressed as a Chippendale and Playboy Bunny, respectively — became friends.
About four years later, the two decided to become a couple and by 2019 they were engaged to be married. On December 8, 2020, they became the Larracuentes.
“When I saw him, I couldn’t hear the music anymore,” Jazmin explained. “All I saw was him. It was the craziest tunnel vision, and I haven’t experienced that since I met him when we were 17. I realized that this was the beginning of forever and that moment will always be special to me.”
Lori Loughlin and Michael Burns
Lori Loughlin, who stars as On Call’s Lieutenant Bishop, was previously married to entertainment executive Michael Burns. The couple wed sometime in 1989, but their marriage only lasted a short while. In 1996, they divorced.

Loughlin met her second and current husband, Mossimo Giannulli, while at a Los Angeles restaurant in 1995. After two years of dating, the couple eloped on Thanksgiving on November 27, 1997, in a Newport Beach ceremony.
About a year after their wedding, the duo welcomed their first child, daughter Isabella Rose, on September 16, 1998. One year after her birth, Loughlin and Giannulli had their second child, daughter Olivia Jade, on September 28, 1999.
In 2019, the couple faced some legal troubles, as it was learned they were involved in the infamous “Varsity Blues” college admission scandal. In March, they were arrested for falsifying their daughter’s participation in USC’s crew team, and the following year were sentenced to serve time in jail and pay a hefty fine.
Rich Ceraulo Ko and Alissa Dean
Rich Ceraulo Ko, known as Officer Matthew Rolland, tied the knot with his wife, actress Alissa Dean, over 15 years ago. The couple exchanged vows in 2009 and have been together ever since. Almost a decade later, they welcomed their first child, son Robin, on June 6, 2018.
