Going to Disney World with little kids? I have some recommendations for your packing list that’ll make your trip much easier, especially if it’s your first time. We took our daughter to Disney World when she was 19 months old. Here are six products I brought along to test and would recommend any first-time parent pack for their trip to the most magical place on earth (or anywhere that requires a lot of walking)!

Stroller rental in Disney World is a totally viable option. But since we would need the stroller elsewhere (resort hopping, the airport, etc.), I wanted to bring our personal stroller along.
The Joovy Kooper RS Stroller has become my go-to stroller for travel. It’s super easy to push around in the airport, simple to fold, and lightweight enough to carry onto the busses, Skyliner, and other transportation to and from the parks.
While I missed the ample undercarriage of our Mockingbird Single Stroller, I used this Inter-Mix Deluxe Kit from Petunia Pickle Bottom to create more storage for the things we needed.
My only other complaint about this stroller is the incline of the seat. While it is adjustable, it never sat our daughter up quite enough and it didn’t recline totally flat, either. We found her slipping down and out of the front a lot of the time (full disclosure: we weren’t using the safety buckle at all times because she was in and out of the stroller so frequently).
At the end of the day, she never slid entirely out of the stroller and I would pack this over and over again for future travel.

This innovative jacket for kids was originally discovered on Shark Tank. I was thrilled when ours arrived because it meant less strategy when getting my daughter dressed on cold winter mornings here in the Northeast.
But I also knew this jacket would come in handy traveling to Florida. Leaving (and coming back to) freezing temps meant our daughter had to wear something to the airport. So, I put her in this safe-for-the-car-seat coat. Thanks to the lightweight and easy-to-fold nature of this jacket, I was able to stuff it into our carry-on once we landed in Florida.

At home, the Hatch Sound Machine is a mainstay in our daughter’s bedroom. I love the variety of options and light feature built into it.
However, I was thinking practically and strategically when packing for Disney. That’s where my trusty LectroFan came in. This was a gift from my mom a few years back and it has become a trusted travel companion for me. At home, I sleep with the white noise provided from a floor fan (I’m a two-fan girly no matter what the season). But since I can’t bring my standing fan with me, I pack this lightweight noise machine instead.
Our daughter didn’t seem to miss the ocean sound that’s usually pumping out of her Hatch Sound Machine. What’s more, we were able to adjust the volume on this sound machine whenever family members we were sharing our suite with got too loud!

Staying hydrated in Disney is tricky. There are refill stations throughout the parks, but not nearly enough for someone who drinks as much H2O as I do on a daily basis.
Still, I packed this refillable water bottle from LARQ because I wanted to test the filter feature. It did not disappoint!
The water that comes out of those refill stations has what is, in my opinion, a metallic taste. But hey, it’s free. This self-cleaning water bottle took that taste away completely.
Speaking of self-cleaning, I didn’t have to worry about cleaning this water bottle out after our long days in the park. All I had to do was keep it charged so it could do the work for me!

I have been on the hunt for the perfect diaper bag since my daughter was born. This is the fourth and best one I’ve tested!
My biggest want in a diaper bag was something that I could access what I needed easily. That doesn’t feel like that large of an ask, but I discovered it was after my first diaper bag! I’m a big fan of wearing workout clothes to the parks for their breathability and sweat-wicking properties. So when I heard about lululemon’s collaboration with Disney, I knew I needed some pieces for our trip.
Did I wash and rewear these Minnie Mouse high-rise pants and matching tank top for multiple days? Yes, yes I did.
These may be designed for yoga, but they’re perfect for park days too. They’re lined for coverage and made of a buttery-soft fabric that’s practically weightless. I love this material because it moves with me whether I’m squatting down to fold up the stroller or running to meet my Lightning Lane time.
