American rapper Fivio Foreign has been released from jail following a plea deal that drastically reduced his potential sentence stemming from a New Year’s Eve confrontation. The artist, whose real name is Maxie Ryles III, walked free on Friday, August 1, after spending 196 days behind bars. According to reports, he was sentenced to time served, along with three years of probation, in connection to an incident where he allegedly threatened a woman with a firearm after she asked for help jumpstarting her car.
Fivio originally faced multiple serious charges, including unlawful possession of a weapon and aggravated assault.
